Vibrating Screens

Vibrating screens are generally used in the aggregate, mining and food processing industries. Vibrating screens are usually used to separate material by size. Oversized  material can then be recirculated back into the crusher to enable it to reach the desired size parameters. Alternatively, the material can be diverted into separate conveyor systems for further processing and packaging.

HC Conveyors can also develop all relevant sheet metal work to go alongside a vibrating screen, to create a mixing plant. Here, you can add a certain percentage of each size material to reach a desired mix of sand and gravel, for example.

Vibrating screens are operated with a motor and spring system. The screen can have singular or multiple decks to suit the material sizing requirements of the client. The screening plate elements are interchangeable to allow for replacement after they are worn or if the sizing requirements change in the future.

We can also supply vibro feeding tables if requested. These are sometimes used instead of belt conveyors, to suit clients’ needs.
