Rollers

Rollers are an integral part of a belt conveyor system, and are seen as a consumable product. Over time and use they will become less efficient and will eventually fail. They should then be replaced.

HC Conveyors have a wide variety of existing design rollers with various bearing and seal arrangements to suit specific environments. The seal arrangement is a balance of minimising water and material ingress without over-increasing rotational friction or increasing drive power requirements.

At HC Conveyors, we have extensive experience in roller design as well as vigorous quality testing. We can design bespoke rollers to suit our clients’ requirements and supply compatible rollers for existing conveyors. All rollers are produced to the British MHEA standards, unless American CEMA standards are requested.
