Tail Ends

The HC Conveyors team design client’s return ends and receiving sections to suit the intended application. Our design engineers work within the parameters set out by the client’s installation requirements. These sections can be designed with varying conveyor belt widths and to suit installed powers of up to 1000Kw. They can be of steel trough, impact bed or impact roller design to best suit the application or the client’s specific preferences.

The conveyor return ends can be designed to include dust suppression or enclosures if required. All conveyor return end designs allow for easy conveyor drum maintenance and changing when required. They have return end ploughs, nip guards and have trackable return drum facilities as standard.

All return ends are designed to be fully compliant with the required legislation in place at the time of manufacture.
