HC Conveyors has vast experience in the design, manufacture and installation of full conveyor systems. Our experience also extends to the necessary conveyor components for these systems, for various industries both underground and on the surface.

Our design engineers have the knowledge and experience to design and specify the conveyor drive and all the components of the full conveyor system. The designs include all calculations and computer aided design (CAD) modelling to cater for the installed powers up to 1000Kw.

Our engineers design conveyor systems that are tailor-made to a client’s specific needs. The bespoke systems ensure maximum efficiency and reliability during operation. We design the systems to best align with a client’s existing equipment, to minimise the spares requirements where practicable.
