Belting

It is important that the belting used in a conveyor system is right for its intended purpose. It must have the tensile strength to cope with the material it will be carrying. HC Conveyors can supply all widely-used European conveyor belt specifications. Depending on the conveyor system design, different conveyor belt options are available. This includes conveyor belt width, number of plys, solid woven or steel core conveyor belts, etc. We can manufacture conveyor belts to suit our clients’ requirements, including standard chevron conveyor belts and flighted conveyor belts.

Chevron conveyor belts are available in a number of styles, including U-type, V-type and H-type. The conveyor belts come in widths from 450mm to 1200mm.

Corrugated side wall conveyor belts are available in many styles, including type ‘C’, type ‘MBTC’ and type ‘TC-XS’. The side walls come in heights from 55mm to 230mm.

Nylon conveyor belts are available in widths of 300mm to 2200mm. The conveyor belt’s length can be produced to the length required by our clients.
