Aggregate Processing System

A client got in touch asking us to design, manufacture and install an aggregate processing conveyor system.

In this conveyor system:

• Material is processed through a dryer

• It runs through a screw conveyor onto a bucket elevator to reach the required elevation

• The material is fed into two independent mixers by a further two screw conveyors

• An incline belt conveyor supplies a clients hopper

• A second belt conveyor creates a stock pile of material between a newly installed bund wall

We also designed further conveyors external to the facility.
