The team at HC Conveyors has a combined 60+ years of knowledge and experience in the supply, overhaul and maintenance of all types of conveyor belt drive units for the mining and quarrying industries. We offer full unit rebuilds along with the supply of spares for existing drive units originally manufactured by defunct companies including Huwood and FSW.

HC Conveyors provide services including the supply of new and refurbished conveyor components including gears, gearboxes and drive drums. We supply to original specifications on many parts, from our information library.
Our design engineers have the necessary experience and skills to design for bespoke conveyor system installations to suit varied power requirements. We can supply traditional-style conveyor drives or open-style, and can design for floor-mounted or roof-mounted conveyor systems.
The HC Conveyors team have the experience, knowledge and extensive supply chain needed to facilitate the overhaul of clients’ old and existing equipment. This helps to reduce the costs sometimes associated with the purchase of new conveyor drive units. We can sometimes re-engineer obsolete items, which can facilitate a spares pool for a client, which was once considered not possible.
